Deputy Manager - Business Tax | Tax Consulting | Pune | 3 Years PQE We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in Direct Taxation to join a leading tax advisory and consulting practice. The role offers exposure to corporate tax compliance, tax advisory, litigation, international taxation, and client management. Ideal candidates should have experience in handling corporate tax matters, assessments, tax litigation, and cross-border tax transactions.

Location: Pune

Responsibilities

- Preparing and reviewing corporate income tax returns for Indian and foreign clients.
- Managing TDS compliance, advance tax computations, and related tax filings.
- Advising clients on withholding tax implications and foreign remittance transactions.
- Handling tax assessments, litigation matters, appeals, and departmental interactions.
- Providing advisory support on international tax matters including PE and POEM exposure.
- Participating in client meetings and managing client relationships as a key point of contact.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and tax update communications.
- Supporting billing, collections, and practice management activities.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Direct Tax, Corporate Tax, and Tax Advisory.




- Exposure to tax litigation, assessments, appeals, and departmental proceedings.
- Experience in handling corporate tax returns, TDS, and advance tax compliances.
- Exposure to international taxation, Form 15CA/15CB, withholding tax, PE, or POEM matters.
- Strong client management and stakeholder handling skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Tally, Winman, and related tax applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
