We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries and records.

- Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
- Assist the senior accountant with monthly reports and other finance-related tasks.

Required Skills:

- B.Com / Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 12 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
