We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage and grow the sales of cattle feed / Pashu Aahar products across assigned districts of Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage dealers, distributors, retailers and feed sellers.
- Expand the company's cattle feed market in assigned districts.
- Conduct regular market visits and develop new customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
- Manage sales collections and market payments.
- Guide and monitor the field sales team.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience specifically in Cattle Feed / Pashu Aahar sales.
- Strong knowledge of the cattle feed market in Uttar Pradesh.
- Existing dealer/distributor network will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts.
- Graduate preferred.
Location: Multiple Districts across Uttar Pradesh Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month + Incentives
Pay: ₹16,066.70 - ₹58,218.59 per month
