? Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and manage dealer & distributor networks
- Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations & distributor training
- Coordinate installation and service teams
- Build solid client relationships and generate new business opportunities
