It offers a wide product portfolio supported by an extensive research, partnered with distributors, and dealers.

Delta Agrigenetics Pvt. Ltd. (Delta Seeds) is strengthening its leadership team in Bihar and is looking for a high-calibre Area Sales Manager to drive the next phase of growth in the state.

We are particularly interested in professionals who have built their careers with established seed companies and have a strong understanding of the Bihar market.

Responsibility will be to

- Drive business growth and achieve sales targets for Bihar
- Develop and strengthen the distributor & dealer network
- Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key channel partners and progressive farmers
- Drive product demonstrations, farmer meetings and market development activities




- Monitor competition, market trends, pricing and product performance
- Ensure healthy stock movement, collections and overall territory discipline
- Lead and develop the field sales team to deliver consistent results

Expectation

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in the reputed seed company
- Strong Bihar market knowledge and channel relationships
- Experience in field crops with Rice will be highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets
- Experience in managing distributors, dealers and field teams
- Strong commercial understanding and execution capability
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar
- Candidates from reputed / established seed companies are especially encouraged to apply
