Role Description The Area Manager role at Mad Over Donuts is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Area

Manager oversees multiple stores within the assigned territory, ensuring consistent operational excellence, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include monitoring store performance, driving sales and profitability, managing inventory, and enforcing company standards and policies. This role involves coaching and mentoring store managers, planning staff schedules, and supporting recruitment and training to maintain a high-performing team.

Manager also analyzes key performance metrics, implements local marketing initiatives, and collaborates with leadership to enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications

- Experience in multi-store or area management in retail, QSR, or hospitality, with strong skills in operations oversight and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in team leadership, people management, and staff development, including mentoring, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to manage sales targets, budgeting, and cost control, with sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across store teams and central functions.
- Working knowledge of basic MS Office tools and familiarity with POS systems or retail management software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Retail Management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- Experience in food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with local regulations is an advantage.
