Role Description The Architect role at S.N. & Company is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed designs and drawings, and coordinating with engineering, construction, and government stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include site analysis, space planning, material selection, and the integration of sustainability and cultural considerations into design solutions.

The role also involves reviewing construction documents, supporting tender and bid processes, monitoring project progress, and participating in design reviews to ensure quality,



safety, and timely delivery. The Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design intent with technical feasibility and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

- Robust foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate project requirements into clear, buildable concepts.
- Experience with Project Management, including planning, coordination, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communication for multi-phase construction projects.
- Knowledge of Integration between architectural design and structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Familiarity with Software Development or relevant software tools (e.g., CAD/BIM platforms) to support digital modeling, documentation, and design coordination.
- Proficiency in architectural drawing, detailing, building codes, and regulatory compliance, particularly for public or government projects.
- Ability to conduct site visits, prepare reports, and work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and government officials.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to sustainability and cultural relevance in design.
