Role Description This is a full-time Architect role based in Raipur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home days as project needs permit. The Architect will participate in the full project lifecycle, including concept development, schematic and detailed design, preparation of drawings and 3D models, and coordination with consultants and contractors. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, translating requirements into design solutions, producing and reviewing documentation, and ensuring adherence to design standards, sustainability goals, local codes, and budget constraints.

The role involves active participation in site visits, monitoring progress, resolving design and coordination issues, and supporting project management activities such as timelines,



deliverables, and quality control. Collaboration with the broader team is essential to maintain design consistency and deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling spaces.
- Experience with Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project milestones and deliverables.
- Ability to work with Integration-related tasks, such as coordinating structural, MEP, and other consultant inputs into cohesive design solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant Software Development concepts or workflows is a plus, particularly for design automation, BIM, or parametric tools.
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and competence with presentation tools and documentation standards.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices applicable to projects in India.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture from an accredited institution; qualified registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
