Candidate will analyse current systems to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Operational

Leadership & Strategy - Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure seamless execution of workflows and delivery.

- Translate the company’s strategic goals into actionable operational plans with clear KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities to scale operations and implement new technologies or systems to support growth. 2.

Process

Improvement & Efficiency - Analyze current operational processes and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies.

- Design and implement policies, procedures, and best practices (SOPs) to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across departments.




- Team Management & Development - Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing operations team
- Conduct performance reviews, set individual goals, and provide coaching to support professional development.
- Foster a team-oriented and inclusive work environment that encourages cross-departmental communication.

Requirements - Experience: 5 to 7 Years proven experience in an operations management.

- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Telecom domain
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of operational software and tools ERP systems Project Management tools like Jira, Jenkins, ELK stack, SQL server, remedy and Advanced Excel Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" while managing the details.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analysing data/metrics to drive improvements.
