Role: Appian Developer

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and implement business applications and workflows using the Appian Low-Code Platform.

- Build and maintain Appian applications, process models, interfaces, integrations, and reports based on business requirements.

- Develop integrations with external applications, databases, REST/SOAP services, and enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to design scalable and optimized solutions.

- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.

- Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and ensure compliance with Appian development best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solution design activities.





Required Skills

- 4 to 10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Appian Development.

- Solid expertise in Appian Process Models, SAIL Interface Design, Records, Reports, and Expression Rules.

- Experience in Appian integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Database Connectivity.

- Good knowledge of BPM concepts, workflow automation, and business process optimization.

- Strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and application lifecycle management.
