Role : API Automation Tester

Experience range : 6-12 Years

Location : Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai/Kochi

Detailed Job requirements:

Required Technical Skill Set : Java, Selenium, API Automation testing, Rest Assured, Cucumber, BDD,Backend DB ,GIT, GITLAB Java,Banking, Jenkins,

Must have skillset:

- Need experience in API, Postman testing and API Test automation, Rest, SOAP, Graph QL, Postman, Rest Assured, Unit test, JavaTest NG, Junit,
- Candidate should have knowledge of full system life cycles.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools are required.
- Automation testing experience in the web and client server environments.
- Must have experience in writing test cases, test plans, structured test methodology, use cases.
- Development experience in test scripts, execution and reporting also required.

Valuable to have:





Optional Hands on on A11Y (accessibility testing) is a PLUS

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

- Test application code components.
- Follow Agile practices & coding/testing policies
- Participate in Solution Design
- Perform unit testing using JUnit, build functional test scripts & automate using Selenium
- Debugging/defect resolution
- (Optional) Set-up CI/CD environment & implement/use DevOps tools for automated build, test & release
- Provide insights and recommendations from past experience
- Feedback incorporation as per Agile principle via Show and Tell
- Development will meet 90% JUnit test coverage at the API level
