Role Description

We are looking for an Analyst [Java] Backend Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in Java development, backend development, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, SQL, databases, cloud, software development, and enterprise applications.

The Analyst [Java] Backend Developer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop and maintain Java-based backend applications, integrate enterprise systems, work with APIs and databases, support automation, and build reliable software solutions.

The role may involve working with Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, microservices, SQL databases, backend services, authentication, cloud platforms, system integrations, enterprise applications, and data-driven workflows depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.




- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java development, backend development, backend engineering, software development, software engineering, application development, API development, web development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Java Backend Developer, Java Developer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Spring Boot Developer, Application Developer, Full Stack Developer, Associate Software Engineer, or Analyst are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, multithreading, interfaces, inheritance, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic to positive understanding of REST APIs, JSON, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational databases will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, or backend application design will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging,



and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, or similar testing frameworks will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, messaging systems, or event-driven architecture will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application servers, deployment, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to OAuth, JWT, API security, role-based access control, or secure backend-development practices will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with backend performance optimization, database queries, logging, monitoring, or troubleshooting will be beneficial.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular will be considered an additional advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to automation, analytics, AI, data engineering, or enterprise applications will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, reporting, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical backend software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, Java project, Spring Boot project, GitHub project, API project, backend project, hackathon, freelance work, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Strong willingness to learn new Java, backend, database, cloud, API, and software-development technologies.
