nJob Position - Air Export - International Business

nSalary - 5 to 8 LPA

nWhat is your role:

nLooking for someone experienced in managing end-to-end LCL and FCL shipments, ensuring smooth and timely logistics operations. Skilled in resolving issues promptly, maintaining proactive communication with customers, and ensuring compliance with international regulations. Also responsible for accurate billing, shipment tracking, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

nJob responsibilities:

n1.Co-ordinating with the branches for shipment status

n2.Updating the agent with cargo details like stuffing and sailing details.

n3.Following up with the branches for the Prealert.

n4.Sending out pre-alerts to agents along with the debit note.





n5.Approving the expenses in the software with back up details

n6.Following up on the status of DAP/DDP shipments. Getting the POD and Debit note from

nagent once cargo is delivered.

n7.Sharing the debit note received for DAP/DDP shipments after checking with the branch

nand international accounts team

n8.Maintaining DSR and tracker of shipments being handled

n9.Following up with branches and partners for shipments which have become irregular

n10.Sending out weekly reports.

nWhat are we seeking for:

n1.Should be fluent in English.

n2.A smiling face, a healthy mind and body, and a positive attitude are a must.

n3.Solid communication and interpersonal Skills.

n4.Experience with Freight Forwarding Companies.

n5.Knowledge of International trade terms (Incoterms) & Customs Regulations.

n6.Knowledge of operational procedures for handling export shipments, both Air & Sea
