Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver structured AI training programs ranging from foundational concepts to advanced practical applications.
- Conduct classroom, online, webinar, and corporate training sessions with engaging demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
- Teach the effective use of leading AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, and other emerging AI tools.
- Develop comprehensive course materials, presentations, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning activities.
- Train participants in advanced prompt engineering methodologies, AI-assisted workflows, reasoning techniques, and productivity optimization.
- Demonstrate AI applications across business communication, documentation, research, data analysis, presentations, marketing, content creation, customer support, and professional workflows.
- Introduce learners to advanced AI capabilities such as custom GPTs, AI agents, automation workflows, multimodal AI, AI-powered research techniques, and integration with productivity platforms where applicable.
- Educate participants on AI ethics, data privacy, security considerations, responsible AI usage, and the limitations of large language models.
- Continuously update training content in line with rapidly evolving AI technologies and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the academy to develop new AI courses,



workshops, masterclasses, and certification programs.

Training Levels The selected trainer should be capable of designing and delivering comprehensive AI training programs across Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, ensuring learners progress from foundational concepts to skilled and advanced AI applications.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, teaching, corporate learning, or workshop facilitation.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Proven ability to deliver structured training programs to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is preferred; English proficiency is an advantage.
