Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an AI Video Generation Intern based in Indore. The intern will assist in creating AI-generated video content for client campaigns and internal projects, translating creative briefs into storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts. Daily responsibilities include setting up and managing AI video tools, preparing input assets (text, images, audio), iterating on outputs based on feedback, and optimizing videos for different platforms and formats.

The role involves close collaboration with designers, marketers, and developers to ensure brand consistency, performance-focused content, and timely delivery.



The intern will also help document workflows, test new AI features, and contribute ideas to enhance Midgrow’s AI-powered digital offerings.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in video production and editing (e.g., basic proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software).
- Interest or experience in AI-based media tools (e.g., AI video generators, text-to-video platforms, or image-to-video solutions) and a willingness to learn recent technologies.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities, including script writing, visual ideation, and understanding of pacing, tone, and audience engagement.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, including how video content supports brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Good research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to experiment, iterate, and refine AI-generated outputs based on feedback and performance insights.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in design, media, communication, computer science, marketing, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, openness to constructive feedback, and a strong interest in building a career at the intersection of AI, creativity, and digital growth.
