Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Cinematic Editor who can combine AI-generated visuals with professional editing and storytelling to create polished cinematic videos.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with AI video generation, storyboarding, editing, sound design and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert written story briefs into cinematic visual sequences.
- Develop storyboards, shot lists and scene concepts.
- Generate AI images and video sequences using tools such as Kling, Runway or similar platforms.
- Create effective prompts to achieve consistent characters, environments and visual style.
- Build complete cinematic sequences from AI-generated footage.
- Edit footage using DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent.
- Manage pacing, transitions and visual continuity.
- Add voiceover, background music, sound effects and ambience.
- Create captions and other on-screen graphics.
- Create Shorts/Reels from completed cinematic content.
- Create or support thumbnail production.
- Identify and correct AI-generation inconsistencies.
- Maintain organised project files, prompts and visual references.
- Work with the Founder/Content Lead on creative briefs.
- Incorporate feedback and deliver revisions within deadlines.

Required Experience & Skills




- 2–3 years of experience in video editing, filmmaking, animation, VFX, AI content creation or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools.
- Working knowledge of Kling, Runway or similar AI platforms.
- Strong knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of CapCut.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling.
- Understanding of cinematography, camera movement, lighting and composition.
- Experience with sound design and music.
- Ability to create visually consistent sequences.
- Experience creating YouTube or digital video content.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Mandatory

Candidates must provide a portfolio, showreel or live links demonstrating their ability to create cinematic video content.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience creating complete films/videos rather than only individual AI clips.

Important

This is not a conventional 3D/VFX-only position.

The successful candidate must be comfortable combining:

Story → Storyboard → AI Generation → Editing → Sound/VO → Final Film

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
