Role Description As an AI Automation Engineer at Twin Brother, you will work full time on-site in Patna, designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that integrate AI models into production workflows. You will collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate experimental AI work into robust systems, focusing on model optimization, process control, and deployment reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and testing automation scripts and control logic, integrating robotics or automated equipment where relevant, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and improving system performance over time.

You will document architectures and workflows, contribute to best practices for AI-driven automation,



and support cross-functional teams in implementing and scaling AI tools safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and Automation, with the ability to design, implement, and maintain control systems for AI-driven workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Robotics and Automation technologies, including integration of sensors, controllers, and automated equipment into production environments.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Process Control, including diagnosing system faults, optimizing performance, and ensuring reliable, reliable operation.
- Relevant programming skills (e.g., Python, C/C++, or similar) for scripting automation, integrating AI models, and interfacing with hardware and control systems.
- Understanding of applied AI/ML concepts (inference pipelines, model deployment, optimization) and interest in AI alignment and long-term AI trends.
- Ability to read and create technical documentation, schematics, and system diagrams, and to communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with industrial automation tools (PLC, SCADA, OPC, or similar) and familiarity with safety standards and best practices is a plus.
