Role Description The AI and Automation Intern role at NexLevr is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the design, development, and optimization of automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in mapping existing processes, configuring automation workflows, and helping integrate AI tools into operational systems. The intern will support test case creation, execution, and documentation to validate automation performance and reliability.

They will collaborate with team members to identify issues, perform troubleshooting,



and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. The role also involves preparing clear documentation, participating in stand-ups or project meetings, and staying current with emerging trends in AI and automation.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Process Automation and Automation tools and concepts.
- Ability to perform Troubleshooting and contribute to resolving technical and process-related issues.
- Experience or coursework related to Test Cases, including design, execution, and reporting.
- Understanding of Quality Assurance principles and attention to detail when validating automation workflows.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic familiarity with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) is beneficial.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong time-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies quickly.
