About the role

Adfinity is looking for a creative and commercially minded leader to bring greater focus to how we build and communicate our brands. Our work spans LED displays and digital out-of-home, alongside in-house brands and ventures including Fanbella. Each has a distinct audience and ambition, but all need strong ideas, consistent execution and a clear connection between marketing activity and business outcomes.

The Agency Lead will shape creative and digital marketing strategy across these businesses, turn priorities into campaigns, and build the people and processes needed to deliver excellent work. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can move comfortably between brand thinking, creative direction and execution.

What you’ll do

- Work with business leaders to understand each brand’s goals, audience and positioning, then translate them into practical marketing plans.
- Lead campaign concepts and creative direction across digital, social, video and screen-based formats.
- Guide Fanbella’s audience growth and engagement campaigns while developing a distinct approach for Adfinity’s B2B communications.
- Plan and oversee digital marketing activity, including content, paid campaigns and performance reporting.
- Set briefs, review creative work and maintain quality and consistency across channels.
- Coordinate internal talent and external specialists, building a capable team as needs grow.




- Establish clear workflows, budgets and measures of success for each project.
- Spot opportunities to apply the team’s creative and digital capabilities to Adfinity’s client work where there is a strong fit.

What we’re looking for
- Experience leading creative and digital campaigns in an agency, brand or growth-focused business.
- Strong strategic judgment and the ability to turn a business objective into a compelling idea and an executable plan.
- A portfolio showing work across more than one brand, audience or channel.
- Working knowledge of paid digital marketing and the ability to interpret results and improve campaigns.
- Confidence directing designers, writers, video teams and specialist partners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with founders and business leaders.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable building structure, making decisions and doing the work when needed.

Experience with out-of-home, retail, entertainment or community-led brands would be valuable, but is not essential. What success looks like In the first year, you will have given our brands a clearer creative voice, established a reliable campaign rhythm, built a solid working team, and demonstrated how creative and digital marketing contribute to measurable business goals.
