We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented

Affluent Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth and affluent customers. The ideal candidate should have strong banking experience, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to drive business through existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with affluent and high-value customers.

- Acquire new customers and generate business through referrals, networking and market outreach.

- Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable banking and financial products.

- Drive sales of deposits, investments, insurance, loans, credit cards and other banking products.

- Achieve assigned revenue, portfolio growth and customer acquisition targets.

- Maintain regular contact with key customers and provide high-quality service.

- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.





- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements and regulatory guidelines.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and resolution of customer requirements.

- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain strong customer retention.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior banking experience is mandatory.

- Experience in Relationship Management, Affluent Banking, Priority Banking, Wealth Management or Retail Banking will be preferred.

- Robust sales and business development skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage a high-value customer portfolio.

- Strong customer-service orientation with a target-driven approach.

- Graduate/Postgraduate qualification from a recognized institution.
