Responsibilities

- According to the company& business development plan, please independently complete the maintenance of the EMU video system assigned by the competent Railway Bureau to ensure the normal operation of the system;
- Identify hardware faults and carry out in office maintenance;
- Sign the after-sales service report.
- Collect equipment fault information;
- Feedback the fault information of the equipment to the engineering department, which will send it to the quality department, R & D department and other relevant departments to provide accurate reference for the company's product performance improvement.
- Properly handle the relationship with Party A and maintain the good image of the company;
- Provide on-site training for customers and complete all specified tasks.
- With the improvement of your technical ability,



you will gradually become a technical support engineer or senior technical support engineer.

Requirement

- Master the basic theoretical knowledge of computer network
- Understand the basic knowledge of electronic circuits
- Familiar with news and knowledge of multimedia audio-visual industry
- More than three years of after-sales service or related work experience, able to independently complete equipment installation, debugging, hardware product fault identification and on-site maintenance.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
- Familiar with basic computer operation, able to use AutoCAD, Visio and other drawing software.;
- Good at language expression and communication with customers.
