MySafetyQR is hiring Field Sales Executives for field sales and customer acquisition. We are looking for target-oriented candidates with experience in Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales or Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, market visits and direct sales.
- Visit potential customers, shops, businesses and clients in the assigned area.
- Explain and promote MySafetyQR products and services.
- Acquire new customers and generate sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain daily sales and field activity reports.
- Coordinate with the management and provide regular sales updates.

Job Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales or Business Development.
- Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and English language knowledge.




- Comfortable with field work, travelling and customer meetings.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and responsible.

Earning Potential ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month.

This is a performance and target-based earning opportunity and not a fixed salary. The complete earning structure and sales targets will be explained during the interview and selection process.

Travel Allowance

₹4 per KM for eligible official field travel, as per company policy.
