Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Experience: 6–10+ years total, 4+ years in AEM backend

Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA (Mandatory)

About the Role:

We need a senior AEM backend expert who can build and support large-scale websites and digital platforms on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This person will write backend code, guide junior developers, and work closely with architects and DevOps teams to deliver secure and fast solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Build backend features in AEM using Sling, OSGi, and JCR
- Create custom AEM components, services, schedulers, and integrations
- Work on AEM Assets — manage metadata, asset workflows, tagging, and permissions
- Set up and maintain AEM workflows (approvals, publishing, asset processing)
- Connect AEM with other systems using REST APIs
- Fix performance issues — caching, dispatcher,



and repository queries
- Support cloud deployments using Cloud Manager
- Write clean, tested code and review others' code
- Guide and mentor junior consultants

What You Need:

- Strong Java skills (Java 8/11+)
- Good knowledge of AEM core concepts: Sling Models, OSGi, servlets, JCR, ACLs
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (deployments, Cloud Manager, logs)
- Knowledge of Headless AEM (Content Fragments, GraphQL, SPA)
- Hands-on with AEM Assets and workflows
- Experience with Dispatcher/CDN caching
- Comfortable with Git, Maven, CI/CD
- Testing experience: JUnit, Mockito
- Positive communication skills for working with global teams
