About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counsellor / Business Development Associate to join our team.

The role involves counselling prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, recommending suitable programs, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs and courses.
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate program recommendations.
- Handle leads through calls, follow-ups, and other communication channels.
- Drive admissions and achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Build robust relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a positive student experience.
- Work closely with the team to achieve business and revenue objectives.





What We Are Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Passion for education and student counselling.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and convert leads.
- Prior experience in counselling, inside sales, B2C sales, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Good to Have

B2C sales experience is a bonus.

Candidates with experience in education sales, counselling, inside sales, or end-to-end B2C sales will be preferred.
