Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand learner requirements and career goals.
- Explain SkillCora's programs, curriculum, and advantages.
- Counsel and guide learners toward suitable programs.




- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Work towards individual and team enrollment targets.
- Ensure a smooth and professional learner onboarding experience.

Qualifications

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
