Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor based in Current Delhi.

The Senior Admissions

Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, conducting consultations, and addressing inquiries. The role involves providing tailored guidance, building relationships with potential students, and supporting their journey in choosing appropriate certifications and programs.



The position requires a proactive and professional approach in delivering high-quality customer service and meeting enrollment targets effectively.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to interact effectively with prospective students and stakeholders

Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to address inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Sales acumen to meet enrollment goals and provide value-driven advice to potential students

Understanding of the education sector and ability to guide candidates about available programs and certifications

Ability to work in a dynamic, in office environment in New Delhi

Bachelor’s degree in a Commerce field preferred

Proven organizational and time management skills

Experience in admissions, student counseling, or a related role is an advantage

Finance Industry Experience Preferred
