We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Admission Counselors to join our teams in Calicut and Cochin.

Role Overview The Admission Counselor is the first point of contact for prospective students and plays a critical role in shaping their educational journey. This position goes beyond standard enrollment; it requires holistic student management to ensure that every commitment made during the admission process is fully delivered. The ideal candidate is highly communicative, strictly organized, and committed to upholding the academy's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion: Counsel prospective students on course offerings, clarify curriculum details, and guide them through the enrollment process via phone, email, and in-person consultations.

Student Lifecycle Monitoring: Act as the primary liaison for enrolled students, ensuring that all academic promises, resources, and support services are provided exactly as communicated during admission.

Administrative & Financial Duties: Manage timely fee collection, maintain accurate payment ledgers, and oversee the formal issuance of course certificates upon program completion.

Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain meticulous daily activity logs.



All communication histories, lead statuses, and daily progress reports must be documented and shared with the management team.

Flexible Engagement: Conduct off-time follow-ups with leads and students as required to accommodate their schedules and ensure prompt resolution of queries. Required Qualifications & Skills

Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in both English and Malayalam (Reading, Writing, and Speaking). The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and professionally is mandatory.

Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, with an empathetic yet professional approach to student counseling.

Technical Literacy: Solid foundational computer knowledge, including proficiency with basic office software, CRM tools, email management, and daily reporting spreadsheets.

Professional Discipline: Exceptional punctuality, time management, and a strong sense of accountability. Data Policy & Compliance (Strictly Enforced)

Data Ownership: All leads, prospect data, student information, and communication records provided by or generated for the company remain the exclusive intellectual property of ENGLI5H Academy.

Zero-Tolerance Malpractice Policy: The academy's credibility and goodwill are our most valuable assets. Any form of malpractice, data theft, misrepresentation, or unauthorized sharing of company property will not be tolerated. Any action—whether explicitly listed in this document or otherwise—that negatively impacts the reputation, credibility, or operations of ENGLI5H Academy will result in immediate termination of service and subsequent legal action.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
