JOB TITLE: Admission Counsellor – Judiciary

LOCATION: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our Judiciary vertical in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, guiding them towards suitable judiciary courses, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding judiciary courses, examinations, eligibility, career opportunities, and course benefits.
- Handle inbound leads, calls, walk-ins, and enquiries and follow up with prospective students regularly.
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend the most suitable course/program.
- Drive the complete admission process, from initial counselling to enrolment.
- Achieve individual and team admission/enrolment targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.




- Build strong relationships with students and parents and address their queries effectively.
- Stay updated on judiciary examinations, courses, and relevant admission-related information.

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, inside sales, or a similar role preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the education/EdTech/coaching industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-up-based sales processes.
- Good knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal are preferred.
