We are looking for a confident, professional and result-oriented Student Counsellor to join our computer training institute. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling enquiries and leads, explaining courses, following up with prospective students, supporting admissions, maintaining student records in MS Excel and following up on pending fees/dues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive personality, positive knowledge of MS Excel, strong follow-up ability and the confidence to communicate with students and parents.
This is a student-facing + lead-management role, so the candidate should be comfortable with both counselling and admission-related responsibilities.
