Job Summary HoD, Security, Administration, Hospitality & Fleet Management

- Role: Head of Department – Security, Administration, Hospitality & Fleet Management
- Location: Dolvi
- Reporting to: Cluster HoD – Administration, Land & Estate, PR, Security & Legal
- Experience: 20 years in a relevant field
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
1. Security & Vigilance

- Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments.
- Manage security incidents and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure uninterrupted plant operations and business continuity.

- Gate & Material Movement

- Ensure compliance with gate-entry and exit processes.
- Facilitate smooth movement of materials and personnel.

- Police & External Liaison

- Coordinate with police and government authorities.
- Ensure appropriate action and FIRs in theft and security-related cases.

- Fleet & Transport Management

- Manage LMV and bus operations efficiently and punctually.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and minimize vehicle downtime.
- Identify transportation cost-saving opportunities.





- Safety Management

- Drive workplace, road and rail safety.
- Conduct regular safety observations.
- Monitor vehicle speed within the plant and implement preventive actions.

- Administration & Hospitality

- Ensure serviceability of administrative facilities and equipment.
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance activities.
- Manage accommodation for employees, associates and contract staff.
- Maintain hygiene and food-safety standards.

Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities
- Implement up-to-date security and access-control systems.
- Develop intelligence mechanisms to prevent theft, pilferage and labour unrest.
- Optimize transportation costs while maintaining service quality.
- Improve resolution of administration, fleet and security-related issues.
- Lead and mentor the team.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage technology, IoT, AI and data analytics to improve security, fleet and administrative efficiency.
