Job Role : We are looking for an Accounts & E-commerce Operations Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an E-commerce industry, preferably with an E-commerce agency, retail company, D2C brand, or marketplace-based business.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in E-commerce Operations as well as Accounts, including marketplace billing, invoice management, reconciliation, accounting entries, order/transaction documentation, and downloading/managing financial reports from E-commerce portals.

Location - Gurugram

Working Days - Mon- Sat

Experience - Min. 2 years

Compensation - 3 - 5 LPA

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Operations + Accounts.
- Must have worked in an E-commerce company, retail company,



D2C brand, E-commerce agency, or similar organization.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra / Meesho or other E-commerce marketplaces is highly preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of E-commerce billing, invoices, settlements and reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles.
- Strong data management and documentation skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
