Role Description This is a full-time, in office Accounts Executive (Hindi Speaking) role based in Coimbatore, India.

The Accounts

Executive will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, processing invoices, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. The role involves preparing basic financial reports, supporting tax and compliance documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for account-related queries.

Executive will communicate regularly with clients and vendors in Hindi and English, ensure accurate documentation and filing, and assist in month-end closing and audit support tasks.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including familiarity with ledgers, invoicing, and basic financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Hindi (spoken and written) and positive working knowledge of English for business communication.




- Experience using accounting software and MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word).
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach when dealing with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within a trading, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- Understanding of basic taxation, GST, and statutory compliance in India is an advantage.
