Job SummaryTarget Integration is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support accounting and finance operations across international business entities, including the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, financial reporting, inventory and stock management, and ERP systems. Experience working with international accounting processes, manufacturing businesses, and multi-entity environments will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes for domestic and international entities.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Support accounting operations for UK and Ireland business entities, including financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Perform bank, cash, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables, supplier payments, and cash flow activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, credit notes, payment records, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Support inventory accounting, stock reconciliations, cost tracking, and manufacturing-related accounting processes.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure accurate financial and stock records.
- Maintain records required for internal and external audits.
- Support VAT, GST,



and other statutory compliance activities where applicable.
- Identify discrepancies in financial, inventory, or accounting records and coordinate timely resolution.
- Generate management reports and MIS reports using ERP systems.
- Work extensively with ERP/accounting software including Odoo and similar platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping roles.
- Experience working with international accounting processes, preferably UK and Ireland entities.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with inventory accounting, stock management, manufacturing, or supply chain-related finance processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar accounting software.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Robust proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Experience working in multi-company or multi-country accounting environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines.
