About the Role

DLS Hotels on the Ganges in Tapovan, Rishikesh is seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized professional for the dual role of Accounts Executive & Storekeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day property accounts while overseeing store inventory, material receipts, and stock issuance across departments. If you have solid numerical skills, practical experience in inventory control, and high integrity, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily hotel accounting entries, cash book, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
- Verify vendor bills, purchase orders (POs), and service invoices; process timely payments.
- Maintain daily guest billing reconciliation, night audit cross-checks, and revenue reports.
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming hotel supplies (F&B;, housekeeping, engineering, and general store materials) against challans/invoices.
- Manage store inventory, issue stock against authorized department requisitions, and record stock movements.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits, track minimum stock levels, and minimize wastage or pilferage.
- Assist the General Manager with monthly P&L; summaries, food cost analysis, and local procurement documentation.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant accounting/finance qualification.
- Proven experience in accounting and store/inventory management, preferably within the hotel, resort, or F&B; sector.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software (Tally Prime / ERP), MS Excel, and hotel PMS.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to interact smoothly with vendors and department heads.
