WorkerAppz Payments is building its Mumbai Operations Centre to support our growing cross-border payments and remittance business.

We are looking for professionals with experience in payments, remittances, fintech, banking, foreign exchange, or financial services for the following full time, on-site positions:

1. Accounts & Reconciliation Officer

- Daily bank, partner, and transaction reconciliations
- Partner ledger management
- Settlement accounting
- Receivables and payables
- Financial MIS and exception reporting
- Supervision of Accounts & Reconciliation Assistant

2. Accounts & Reconciliation Assistant

- Support daily reconciliations and accounting entries
- Maintain supporting records and documentation
- Assist with partner statements and ledger matching
- Track reconciliation exceptions
- Support MIS preparation

3. Operations, Treasury & FX Executive

- Cross-border payment operations
- Transaction and settlement monitoring
- Treasury and liquidity management
- Corridor-wise funding management
- FX rate monitoring and provider comparison
- Setting and offering FX rates within approved parameters
- FX margin monitoring
- Partner and bank coordination
- Daily operational and treasury MIS

Compliance & Risk Officer

- KYC/KYB and customer/partner due diligence
- AML/CFT transaction monitoring
- Sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening
- Compliance case investigation and escalation
- Customer and counterparty risk assessment
- Compliance MIS, records and audit support
- Coordination with the designated MLRO/DMLRO

Location: Mumbai

Work Model: Full-time, on-site

What we are looking for

Candidates should have strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a control-driven financial environment. Relevant experience in cross-border payments, remittances, banking, fintech, NBFCs, treasury, FX, or regulated financial services will be preferred.

Strong Excel skills are expected. Experience with Zoho or other ERP/payment systems will be an advantage.

This team will form an important part of WorkerAppz's operational infrastructure, so we are looking for people who can take ownership of processes, identify problems, and build better controls, rather than simply execute routine tasks.
