Job Title: Accountant Location: Pune, Maharashtra Industry: Retail Shop Experience: 1 to 3 years Job Type: Full time Key Responsibilities: · Manage daily accounting operations using Tally ERP. · Conduct accurate bank reconciliations regularly. · Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements. · Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer receipts. · Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports. · Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. · Use Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools for data management and reporting. · Assist with internal audits and financial closing procedures.

Required Skills &

Qualifications: · 1 to 3years of accounting experience, preferably in the retail industry. · Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office. · Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation and general accounting practices. · Familiarity with Indian tax laws (GST, TDS) and compliance processes. · Degree in B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent in Accounting/Finance. · Excellent accuracy, organizational, and communication skills.
