Role Summary
Anvam Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle statutory compliance, and manage reporting activities. Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Trading are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain complete books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, and cash books using standard accounting software.
Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice verification and voucher preparation.
Process supplier, contractor, and payroll payments.
Monitor project-wise expenses, cost allocations, and property transaction documentation.
Ensure statutory compliance including filing and reconciliation for GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements,
and fixed asset registers.
Assist with budgeting, annual financial statement preparation, and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com).
2–5 years of relevant hands-on accounting experience.
High proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
Practical working knowledge of GST, TDS, and direct/indirect tax compliance.
Robust numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
CA Inter qualification.
Prior exposure to ERP system workflows.
Industry experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Trading sectors.
