Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our bag manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing cost accounting related to production, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting overall financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Record-Keeping:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, and journals in accordance with accounting standards.
- Inventory & Cost Accounting:

Track and manage raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Calculate and analyze cost of production, including labor, overheads, and materials.

- Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Manage vendor payments and customer receivables. Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other applicable taxes. Ensure compliance with local and national financial regulations.Support monthly payroll activities, including calculation of wages, deductions, and statutory payments (PF/ESI, etc.).Generate monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial statements and management reports.Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring spending, and analyzing variances.Prepare documentation and assist external/internal auditors during audits.Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/Inter CA/MBA Finance preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Robust knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Familiarity with cost accounting principles and inventory control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred:

- Experience working in textile, leather, or bag/accessories manufacturing.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and compliance (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
