About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant Expert to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. In this role, you will leverage your extensive accounting knowledge to support a pioneering project aimed at training and evaluating next-generation AI systems. The position offers a fully remote work environment, providing flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives without prior AI experience required.

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing financial documents, assessing compliance, and providing high-quality feedback to support the development of datasets used for AI training. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in corporate accounting who are interested in applying their expertise in innovative technology-driven projects.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in corporate accounting, demonstrating proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and regulatory compliance. A solid understanding of audit procedures,



financial modeling, and tax documentation is essential. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams are critical.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience with data labeling, annotation, or AI model evaluation, as well as a keen interest in contributing to AI training initiatives. Candidates should have a proven track record of providing actionable feedback on complex financial materials and working within complex corporate environments.

Responsibilities

- Review and evaluate financial reports and statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Assess audit procedures, identify gaps, risks, and regulatory considerations to ensure robust financial controls.
- Create, analyze, and validate financial models to produce logical and actionable insights.
- Review tax compliance practices and documentation, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Analyze legal and financial documents for clarity, correctness, and regulatory adherence.
- Provide transparent, constructive, and actionable feedback in both written and verbal formats to support project objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists,



AI engineers, and project managers.
- Support the development and evaluation of AI training datasets using your accounting expertise, including data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation where applicable.
- Apply your professional judgment to review and improve processes related to financial data management and AI dataset quality.

Benefits This position offers a competitive hourly rate within the range of $58 to $110, commensurate with experience and expertise.
