Accountant / Accounts ExecutiveLocation: In-person (Kolkata) Employment Type: Full-time Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage our core financial operations, ledger management, statutory compliance, and inventory-linked accounting. Working closely with leadership, you will play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy, streamlining GST and tax filings, and maintaining robust financial controls across our manufacturing and export operations. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate day-to-day books of accounts, including journal, purchase, sales, and cash/bank ledgers using TallyPrime.

Handle full-cycle GST return filings, e-way bill generation, and TDS compliance computations and payments. Reconcile vendor and customer ledger statements, bank accounts, and payment gateways on a regular basis. Track raw material and finished goods inventory accounts, cross-checking physical stock records against system entries.

Coordinate multi-currency transactions, export documentation accounting, and international wire transfer reconciliations.



Assist with internal and external audits by organizing financial reports, invoices, and supporting tax documentation. Support management with periodic financial reporting, cash flow tracking, and MIS data preparation.

Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or accounting-related fields.

Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing, export, or trading environment.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in TallyPrime and Zoho ERP , including inventory and taxation modules. Robust command of MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Working knowledge of GST portals, filing utilities, and compliance frameworks.
