Position: Account Officer

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 1 - 5 Years

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, journal entries and payment records.
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Perform monthly closing and support financial reporting.
- Handle vendor/customer accounts and resolve payment-related queries.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.




- Work on SAP for accounting transactions, reporting and data management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance and accounting activities.
- Support internal and statutory audits.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience in SAP (FI/CO preferred).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good analytical and communication skills.

Required Qualification:

- B.Com/M.Com

Salary: Upto 4.00 LPA
