Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Officer based in Motera, Ahmedabad.

- Maintain accurate accounts, fee records and financial documentation.
- Track and reconcile student fees and update records accordingly.




- Follow up with students and agents for pending payments via calls and emails.
- Prepare invoices, payment plans and schedules.
- Manage agent commissions and payment-related records.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in accounting systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist with general accounting tasks, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable and other finance-related activities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective English communication is must
