About the RoleWe are looking for an Account Manager – Client Servicing & Brand Partnerships who can act as the bridge between Spectacom and its brand partners.The ideal candidate will come from a client servicing, marketing, advertising, sports marketing, media or brand partnerships background and should have experience working with large brands and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Brand Relationship Management

- Manage day-to-day communication with brand partners and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
- Build strong and skilled client relationships.

1. Sponsorship & Partnership Execution

- Execute agreed sponsorship and partnership deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage brand integrations across events, digital, content, and social media.
- Maintain deliverable and approval trackers.

1. Event & Activation Coordination

- Coordinate client requirements before, during, and after events.
- Manage branding, assets, approvals, and activation requirements.
- Support on-ground client servicing during events.

1. Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate between clients and internal teams.
- Manage feedback,



approvals, revisions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues.

1. Reporting & Partnership Closure

- Track and collect proof of execution for deliverables.
- Support preparation of post-event reports and performance summaries.
- Ensure all client commitments are closed on time.

1. Account Management & Growth

- Understand client objectives and identify relevant partnership opportunities.
- Support renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist with pitches, proposals, presentations, and partnership decks.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in client servicing, brand partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, advertising, media, sports marketing or events.
- Prior experience of working with established / large brands is strongly preferred.
- Experience in managing corporate clients and multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to sponsorship onboarding, partnership management or brand activation will be a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and other standard business tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Sports Management, Event Management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, sponsorship deliverables, campaign execution and client relationship management.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
