About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager who understands briefs — not someone who just forwards them. At Audacious, we believe Client Servicing isn't an inbox-management job. It holds clients, creatives and timelines together, especially when things get messy (and in agency life, they always do). If you've spent the last few years actually making things happen — not just making decks — we would love to talk to you.





What You'll Do

- Own client relationships end-to-end
- Crack briefs — ask the sharp questions before the work starts
- Keep creatives, clients and timelines moving together, without dropping any of them
- Jump in and get hands-on when a project needs it — no task too small, no fire too big
- Bring commercial awareness with enough creative enthusiasm

What We're Looking For

- Around 5 years of experience in an agency environment (non-negotiable — you need to have lived it)
- A genuine understanding of what robust Client Servicing looks like, beyond just briefing
- Someone who says "I'll get it done" instead of "I'll check"
- Hands-on, curious, and commercially sharp
- Comfortable — even energized — by the beautiful chaos of agency life
