About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the company. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related records.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Coordinate with auditors and support the audit process.




- Ensure timely payments and follow-ups for outstanding receivables.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as required.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry will be an added advantage.
