Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, in office role based at Hotel Shyanu Lords Eco Inn in Mumbai. This position is responsible for managing corporate and individual client accounts, including responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with front office, reservations, and F&B; teams, and ensuring accurate documentation of contracts and rates.

The Account

Executive will track sales performance, support promotional activities,



and provide regular reports to management to help drive revenue and market visibility. The role also involves handling guest feedback related to accounts and ensuring a smooth experience from booking to post-stay follow-up.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and account handling skills.
- Sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, with confident presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations, reservations systems, and revenue or rate management concepts.
- Ability to use productivity and CRM tools, including spreadsheets, email platforms, and hotel booking software.
- Prior experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage time effectively, and handle on-site responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
