Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of creative and digital marketing projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into clear briefs for internal teams.

The Account

Executive will coordinate with strategy, creative, content, and production teams to plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and other digital channels. The role involves tracking project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, preparing reports,



and presenting campaign outcomes and recommendations to clients. This position requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and a focus on building long-term, trust-based partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong client servicing and account management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and relationship building.
- Experience with digital marketing domains such as SEO, SEM, social media, and content-led campaigns.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, content, production) and manage projects from brief to delivery.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data, prepare reports, and suggest optimizations aligned with client goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple accounts.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, project management platforms, and basic office productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is preferred; familiarity with the Kochi market is a plus.
