Role Description The Account Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling petty cash transactions, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

The Account

Assistant will assist with credit control activities, prepare and process invoices, reconcile accounts, and support finance-related documentation and reporting. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, responding to account-related queries,



and ensuring timely and organized record-keeping in line with company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Accounting and Finance for managing records, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Credit Control to monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and support healthy cash flow.
- Candidates should possess skills in handling Petty Cash, including recording transactions, maintaining vouchers, and ensuring accurate balances.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities are beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance support role, especially within construction or infrastructure, is an advantage.
