? Location: Narendrapur, Kolkata

? Salary: Up to ₹2.5 LPA

? Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Eligibility• Graduation is mandatory

- 1–2 years of experience in the Education Industry preferred
- Science background preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid counselling and student-handling abilities
- Ability to understand students' academic goals and guide them effectively
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the education sector may also be considered





Key Responsibilities• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programmes and career pathways

- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up with prospective students and parents
- Handle enquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets
- Participate in seminars, school outreach activities, and admission campaigns
