Company Description HOUSE OF AARCH 6 is a contemporary architectural and design studio based in Ludhiana, Punjab, co-founded in 2020 by architects Pallavi Gupta and Jitesh Singla. Guided by the principles of creativity, precision, and solution-driven thinking, the studio has become a rising presence in North India’s built workplace. Role Description The 3D Visualizer role at HOUSE OF AARCH 6 is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The 3D Visualizer will collaborate closely with architects and designers to translate conceptual designs, sketches, and technical drawings into high-quality 3D models, rendered images, and walkthroughs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed visualizations for interior and exterior spaces, setting up scenes, materials, and lighting, and producing presentation-ready graphics for client meetings and design reviews.

The role involves refining visuals based on feedback,



maintaining consistency with the studio’s design language, and preparing graphic layouts or visual content for portfolios, social media, and project documentation. The 3D Visualizer is expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute to design discussions with visual ideas and options.

Qualifications

- Strong 3D visualization skills, including proficiency in creating realistic models, renders, and walkthroughs (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar).
- Graphics and graphic design capabilities, with experience in preparing visual presentations, layouts, and design collaterals (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Lighting and material rendering expertise to produce accurate, atmospheric, and visually engaging architectural and interior views.
- Solid drawing and drafting skills, with the ability to interpret architectural plans and convert them into detailed 3D scenes.
- Relevant academic background in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design/visualization field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to follow brand and project guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with architectural visualization, familiarity with sustainable and contemporary design trends, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
